'I remember the day': OKC Federal Building architect weighs in amid possible sale

The Fed­er­al Build­ing in Okla­homa City, designed by Ross Bar­ney Archi­tects to replace the Alfred P. Mur­rah Fed­er­al Build­ing, which was destroyed in a 1995 domes­tic ter­ror attack that claimed 168 lives, may be put up for sale.
