Con­struc­tion Administration

Seek­ing an archi­tect for full time Con­struc­tion Admin­is­tra­tion Position.

Require­ments

  • 4+ years of expe­ri­ence includ­ing a min­i­mum of 2 years of con­struc­tion admin­is­tra­tion experience 
  • Pro­fes­sion­al degree from an accred­it­ed archi­tec­ture program 
  • Expe­ri­ence review­ing sub­mit­tals, per­form­ing site obser­va­tions to con­firm the work is being installed per the con­tract documents 
  • Assist in pro­vid­ing response to RFI’s 
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills 
  • Strong tech­ni­cal knowledge 
  • Expe­ri­ence in work­ing on tran­sit relat­ed projects is a plus

Land­scape Architect

Seek­ing a Land­scape Archi­tect to work along­side archi­tects and plan­ners in archi­tec­ture, land­scape design, and urban design projects includ­ing parks, streetscapes, and land devel­op­ments as well as stud­ies, analy­ses, and mas­ter plans.

Require­ments

  • 5+ years of expe­ri­ence in sim­i­lar role
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in land­scape archi­tec­ture from an accred­it­ed school
  • Degree in archi­tec­ture or plan­ning a plus
  • Strong graph­ic skills for the prepa­ra­tion of draw­ings, doc­u­ments, and client presentations 
  • Strong tech­ni­cal skills for projects with high complexity
  • Pro­fi­cien­cy in Auto­CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Cre­ative Suite, Microsoft Office appli­ca­tions, and Rhino
  • Pro­fi­cien­cy in GIS, Revit, a plus
  • Expe­ri­ence in doc­u­men­ta­tion and coor­di­na­tion of work­ing and con­struc­tion drawings
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion and orga­ni­za­tion­al skills
  • Strong writ­ing skills

Senior Urban Planner

Seek­ing a Senior Plan­ner to lead plan­ning and urban design projects and work along­side land­scape archi­tects and archi­tects in urban design projects includ­ing parks, streetscapes, and land devel­op­ments as well as devel­op stud­ies, analy­ses, and mas­ter plans.

Require­ments

  • 8+ years of expe­ri­ence in sim­i­lar role
  • Advanced degree in plan­ning required, degree in archi­tec­ture or land­scape archi­tec­ture a plus
  • AICP cer­ti­fi­ca­tion required, archi­tec­ture or land­scape archi­tec­ture license a plus
  • Strong lead­er­ship and project man­age­ment skills to lead urban design and plan­ning projects. A suc­cess­ful can­di­date will be able to men­tor junior staff, devel­op fee pro­pos­als, mon­i­tor the finan­cial per­for­mance of projects, and have excep­tion­al time man­age­ment and orga­ni­za­tion skills
  • Advanced knowl­edge of the prin­ci­ples, method­ol­o­gy, philoso­phies, prac­tices, and tech­niques of plan­ning, research, and data col­lec­tion required
  • Strong graph­ic skills for the prepa­ra­tion of draw­ings, doc­u­ments, and client pre­sen­ta­tions required
  • Pro­fi­cien­cy in GIS, Microsoft Office appli­ca­tions, and Adobe Cre­ate Suite required
