Mordecai Scheckter
| AIA, LEED APMordecai began his architectural career as a somewhat bookish theory-and-history guy, but quickly developed a broad range of technical and practical experience. He has contributed to a wide range of projects at diverse scales, ranging from a community college baseball diamond to a large skyscraper, with riverfront parks, public housing, grade schools, and transit stations in between. He is strongly committed to seeking pragmatic, inspiring, and environmentally-responsible solutions to complicated architectural problems. He lives in Chicago and enjoys following baseball and hiking in the woods with his wife, children, and dog.
