This background has instilled in a humble design perspective and midwestern work ethic. Barrett possesses a broad design sensibility informed by his experience working on education projects at the University of Iowa, high-rise residential buildings, and urban design in the Middle East. His background in planning and a hobby for furniture design/construction have coalesced into a holistic approach that incorporates rigor, restraint, and resolve at every scale.
